BC Artistic Swimming is pleased to recognize Charmaine Chang (Pacific Wave Artistic Swim Club) as the recipient of the 2026 Mable Moran Award.

Presented annually, the Mable Moran Award recognizes a member who goes above and beyond to share their passion for artistic swimming and inspire others to get involved.

Charmaine brings this to life through her work as a community builder, promoter, and dedicated volunteer. In her role as Aquatics Representative, she actively connects with the local community to raise awareness of the sport and showcase what makes it unique.

By organizing trial classes and promotional events, Charmaine has helped introduce more people to artistic swimming while increasing its visibility in the community. Her efforts make it easier for new participants to get involved and feel welcomed from the start.
